Structural
Integration Therapy
"The fascia forms the largest system in the body as it is the system that touches all other systems."
- James L Oschman PhD

-
Reduced pain and tension
-
Improved posture and flexibility
-
Releasing chronic compensation patterns
-
Improved athletic performance + much more!
Structural integration therapy is similar to the human therapy known as Rolfing. It uses specific deep and slow techniques that lengthen and soften fascia throughout the body. Structural integration works with gravity to integrate biomechanical balance and can provide long lasting changes. It often results in dramatic improvements similar to those of massage or chiropractic.

Structural integration therapy works best when performed in a six session "series".
Benefits include:

Cold Laser Therapy

-
Better quality tissue repair
-
Reduction of scar tissue
-
Drainage of the lymphatic system
-
Increased blood flow
-
Increased production of endorphins (natural pain killers)
Cold laser, also known as LLLT, is a painless and non-invasive therapy that can help with a variety of conditions. Cold laser therapy provides healing and pain relief. It has been shown to increase levels of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) which is an energy source for cells.
More energy to the cells = better cellular function.
Benefits include:
Kinesiology Tape

-
Reduce pain and muscular tension
-
Joint and muscle support
-
Increased body awareness
-
Injury prevention
-
Reduced edema and drainage of the lymphatic system
Kinesiology tape creates a decompressive affect to the skin, fascia, muscles and nerves. This decompression creates space for the lymphatic system to flow and relieves pressure on the pain receptors and nerves. Kinesiology tape is the perfect blend of support and elasticity. It can be left on for a few days/weeks to magnify the effects of bodywork.

Benefits include:

Stability Pads

-
Challenges balance and body awareness (proprioception)
-
Reduce pain in the hooves and musculoskeletal system
-
Strengthen postural muscles
-
Improve confidence
Stability/balance pads are foam pads that can be placed under a horse's hooves. The uneven surface encourages horses to have more body awareness and balance. They can be used for both strength training and rehabilitation. Stability pads are a great tool in addition to bodywork, especially in horses with hoof imbalances or foot soreness. Victory Equine Services offers a variety of stability pad densities, which can be used to increase or decrease the difficulty level.
